Damages and Issues:
Check your order when it arrives. If it's defective, damaged, or the wrong item, let us know ASAP so we can fix it.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items can't be returned, like custom products and personal care goods. Got questions? Just ask!
Sorry, no returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
Want to swap something? Return the item you have, and once we accept it, make a new purchase.
Return Policy:
You have 14 days to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Don't forget your receipt!
To start a return, contact us at n.com. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request won't be accepted.
Refunds:
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
